The Right Honourable Rukia Nakadama, Uganda's 3rd Deputy Prime Minister, represented President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as the chief guest. She urged the graduates to utilise their acquired knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
Strategies must include Strengthening institutions like the Auditor General's office and the Anti-Corruption Court and Implementing e-procurement systems to increase transparency.
