The President will begin the day with a live media interaction, engage in a key developmental initiative, and conclude with public addresses in various districts.

President Museveni will meet with journalists at the Kityerera State Lodge, where he is expected to provide updates on the government’s activities, progress on national development goals, and plans for furthering growth in the Busoga sub-region.

The media interaction is anticipated to allow the President to address questions from local journalists, providing clarity on issues affecting the region and the nation at large.

Following the media engagement, President Museveni will visit Nakabango in Jinja City to commission the highly anticipated Presidential Skilling Hub.

The hub, part of the government’s broader strategy to promote youth empowerment and skills development, will offer vocational training to thousands of young Ugandans, preparing them for the job market and entrepreneurial opportunities.

The Skilling Hub is expected to become a model center for equipping youth with practical skills in various sectors, including agriculture, construction, technology, and manufacturing.

By investing in education and vocational training, the government aims to address youth unemployment in the region and beyond.
