Throughout the boot camp, attendees are participating in a series of sessions designed to foster growth, personal development, and leadership skills. The focus on self-knowledge in the morning of Day 2 helped participants reflect on their strengths and areas for improvement while empowering them to understand their role in contributing to collective success. The afternoon session on The Art of Crafting a Vision for Success guided the campers through the process of setting clear, actionable goals to achieve their aspirations.
The Pathfinders Bootcamp has received overwhelming support from a variety of sponsors, ensuring its success. Proudly sponsored by Centenary Bank, Joint Medical Store, Pro Show, Tindira Foundation, and Next Media Group, the event has been made possible through the generous contributions of these organizations, whose commitment to youth empowerment is evident in their support.
On Day 2, participants will continue exploring leadership concepts and participate in hands-on workshops, where they will work in teams to apply what they’ve learned to real-world scenarios. The boot camp's collaborative format encourages networking, relationship-building, and idea-sharing among the participants, creating an atmosphere of inspiration and growth.
The involvement of local Rotary clubs further emphasizes the importance of community-driven efforts. With the Rotary Club of Muyenga Tankhill, Kigo Seven Lakes Golf, and Bwebajja playing an instrumental role in organizing and running the event, the boot camp is a testament to the power of partnerships in achieving lasting impact. The synergy between Rotaract District 9214 and these clubs is creating a platform where young leaders can thrive.
