Kamwenge gets new district headquarters

In a landmark event that signals progress and development for the region, Kamwenge District has  officially commissioned its new district headquarters.

The ceremony, attended by Raphael Magezi, the Minister for Local Government, and Frank Tumwebaze, Minister of Agriculture, saw the unveiling of the new administrative complex, which is expected to significantly enhance service delivery and propel the district towards a brighter future.

Minister Raphael Magezi expressed his delight at the completion of the project, highlighting its importance for the local community.

In a statement shared on his social media platform, he noted, "This milestone marks significant progress for our community. Looking forward to enhanced service delivery and prosperity for Kamwenge District."

His sentiments were echoed by  Tumwebaze, who also emphasized the potential for improved governance and administrative efficiency that the new headquarters will bring.
