INSAN International University Celebrates 4th Graduation Ceremony
The Right Honourable Rukia Nakadama, Uganda's 3rd Deputy Prime Minister, represented President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as the chief guest. In her address, she lauded the government for fostering an environment that attracts both local and foreign investments, thereby fuelling economic growth. She urged the graduates to utilise their acquired knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
INSAN International University, formerly known as Islamic Call University College, celebrated a landmark event with its 4th graduation ceremony on 29th June 2024. The occasion marked a significant milestone in the university's journey and was graced by an array of distinguished guests, including religious leaders, legislators, politicians, and other notable figures.

A highlight of the event was the unveiling of the university's new identity as INSAN International University, signifying a new chapter in its evolution. Dr. Khaled Shuja Al-Otaibi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of INSAN Charity, Kuwait, attended the ceremony and pledged unwavering support from the charity.
"This is a day of joy and achievement, celebrating the hard work and dedication of our graduates. We are committed to providing quality education to students from all over the world," stated Dr. Abdalla Idris Sserwada, Vice Chancellor of INSAN International University.
Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubajje, Mufti of Uganda and Chancellor of the university expressed his gratitude to neighbouring Muftis for honouring his invitation. He encouraged the graduates to maintain discipline in their future endeavours and called on all Ugandan Muslims to support the university, emphasising its significance to the Muslim community.
Over 200 students received awards across various disciplines, with more than 100 female graduates, marking a proud milestone in their academic journeys. Graduates were reminded that they bear the hopes and expectations of their families and nation, and were urged to make meaningful contributions to Uganda's development.
The ceremony was a day of celebration, honouring the hard work and dedication of the graduates. The university's rebranding to INSAN International University reflects its growth, expansion, and steadfast commitment to delivering quality education to students from around the globe.
