Ssemakade skips legal committe of parliament
The president of the Uganda Law society Isaac Ssemakade has skipped today' meeting with the Parliamentary committee of legal receiving submissions on Amendments of Administration of parliament moved by deputy Democratic party Whip and Mityana South legislator Richard Lumu.
According to today' program, the legal committee of Parliament was scheduled to meet a delegation from Uganda Law society led by their president Isaac Ssemakade early in the morning and unfortunately, the team from ULS did communicate in phone that they will not manage to appear before the committee after their president disclosed that their President Isaac Ssemakade has got an emergency but promised to send a written submission as regards Lumu' bill.

The committee is also set to meet a delegation of party members from FDC Najjanankumbi, Uganda people's Congress and ANT.
Parliament granted leave the Mityana south legislator Richard Lumu leave to bring amendments on election of Leader of opposition by all opposition members of parliament among others.
